Refund policy

At FLOAT, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll always do our best to make it right.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note:

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons
  • Returns must be approved before being sent back
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask for photographs of the product and packaging.

If your order is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products
  • Tampered items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and requesting a return for the original item (where eligible).

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
